A partial denture is one that has a few false teeth on it. Each has a plastic base or a metal framework that supports the number of teeth you need to replace. This plate is designed to clip onto the remaining teeth surrounding the gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The different bases have varying strengths. The plastic plate is less costly but can damage teeth if it ill-fitted. Meanwhile, the metal framework works better for your mouth but tends to be expensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like a partial denture, a dental bridge is a restoration appliance. However, it\u2019s made up of false teeth with a dental crown on each side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
